According to the American Heart Association, proper nutrition along with physical activity encourages children to adopt a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Children ages two and older should participate in at least 30 minutes of enjoyable, moderate-intensity activities everyday.

Our children's exercise video provides these recommended guidelines. In addition, it provides the foundation to develop a positive attitude toward participating in physical activity, as well as creating mental focus and self-steem.
