Kathy Juaire Daulton began her career over thirty years ago in dance, gymnastics, and fitness in Minnesota. Kathy worked extensively for a local dance studio and workout facility promoting and educating fitness for individuals ages 2 – adult. Kathy traveled nation wide to promote health and fitness while training and educating fitness instructors through National Dance Exercise Instructors Training Association (NDEITA,) a nationally acclaimed fitness certification. In addition, Kathy choreographed several fitness programs that were used as a part of training seminars. Two of the programs were made into videos. Kathy managed her own fitness and dance studio for seventeen years. In the early part of her career, she spread her talents out between children and adults. In the second half of her management career, Kathy specialized with children ages 2 – 10. Currently, Kathy actively promotes and provides educational conferences for early childhood professionals across Minnesota and Wisconsin. In addition, she teaches at local park and recreation departments and home daycares. Kathy Juaire Daulton holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Minnesota. Kathy is married and has three wonderful daughters.
Sue Garvey
has been working to promote health and fitness, in addition to dance and choreography, for over seventeen years. Currently, Sue is a fitness and dance instructor at a local workout facility in Minnesota. Her approach to fitness in recent years has been through yoga, step, and muscle conditioning. Dance has been a strong influence in Sue Garvey’s life. She began dance as a child and continued into adulthood. Sue Garvey began instructing dance over twenty years ago to children ages 3 - 10. Over the years, Sue has taught various styles of dance to children and adults. Sue Garvey holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Winona State University in Marketing and Business Administration. Fitness, along with music and movement, are a passion for Sue Garvey. She gets the energy and gratification of knowing she makes a difference in people’s lives and inspires them to have a positive image of themselves. Exercise, music and movement are what makes Sue Garvey tick, but Sue feels her greatest achievement to date are her wonderful husband and three beautiful children.
